Flat monthly, per tool
You pick tools, not tiers. Each one has one price and that price does not change based on how much you use it.
You are not metered on your own work
Generate forty estimates in a week, log a hundred calls, build as many punch lists as you like. None of that changes the bill. The only thing that can is something we pay an outside company to send for you.
One tool has a send allowance
Invoice Chaser includes 300 reminder emails a month, which is far more than most shops send. Past that, extra emails are billed at what they cost us plus 20 percent, roughly a tenth of a cent each. A bar on the tool shows where you are before you get near it, and only an email that actually sent is ever counted.
Missed-Call's automatic texting has a monthly cap, not a bill
Automatic texting pauses after 500 sent in a calendar month, well above what a busy shop would use, and resets the next month. Nothing is charged either way: logging a call and writing the text-back are never limited, and a paused month just means you send that one from your own phone instead.
No per-seat charge
One price covers your business. Adding people to your shop does not add to the bill.
No contract
No term, no minimum, no cancellation fee. Switch a tool off and it stops. Your data stays put in case you come back.
No setup or onboarding fee
There is no implementation project to pay for. You sign up and use the tools.
How you actually pay
Turning on a paid tool sends you to Stripe's checkout page for that tool's monthly price. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us. After the first paid tool, adding another just adds its line to the same monthly bill.
Change your card, see invoices, or cancel from your account page, which opens Stripe's billing portal. Turn a tool off and its charge stops. Questions about a charge? Email teeglickjr21@gmail.com and it gets sorted directly.
