One board the whole crew looks at, so nobody drives to the yard for something already in the truck.
Who it is for: Shops running two or more crews where the day's plan currently lives in a group text.
What it does
- A shared job board: post what needs doing, say who has it, everyone sees the same list.
- A materials tracker with what a job needs and what you have on hand.
- It does the shortfall math for you and flags anything you are actually short of, so you find out at the shop and not at the job.
- A login for each of your guys: you type his name, you set his password, you hand them over. No email address needed and nothing for him to sign up for.
- He opens the app and sees the jobs you put him on, where they are and what you wrote about them. He cannot see your prices, your bids, your customers, your invoices or your billing. No per-seat charge.
A day with it
- 01Monday morning you post the week's jobs, put an address on each one, and pick which guy is on it.
- 02You load the materials tracker for the two jobs starting Wednesday.
- 03The tracker flags that you are 14 sheets short on drywall. That is a Tuesday problem instead of a Wednesday emergency.
- 04Dave opens the app in the truck, sees his job and the address, taps directions, and taps Finished when he is done.
What it does not do

- A crew member can move his own job between not started, working on it and finished. Everything else on the board is the owner's.

A group text holds the plan until the third reply buries it. Crew Hub is one board everyone on the account sees the same way: what needs doing, who has it, and what materials each job needs against what you have on hand.
The materials tracker does the shortfall math for you. Load what Wednesday's jobs need, and being 14 sheets short surfaces on Tuesday at the shop instead of Wednesday at the site. That one flag is most of the reason the tool exists.
There is no per-seat charge, so putting your whole crew on it costs nothing extra. Honest limits: there are no push notifications, so people have to open the board, and there are no file uploads or plan sharing yet.
How it is priced
$49.00/mo, flat. FLAT on purpose: an always-on shared hub/knowledge base has no natural per-use unit. Forcing a meter here would be arbitrary and discourage daily use.
