Each tool is a flat monthly price, and every price is printed on the tool's own page before you sign up for anything. They run from $29 a month at the low end to $99 at the high end.

You pay for the tools you switch on and nothing else. There is no per-use meter running in the background, no setup fee, no bundle you have to buy to get the one thing you wanted, and no per-seat charge for your crew.

No. There is no term, no minimum commitment, and no cancellation fee. Switch a tool off from your account page and it stops.

Turning a tool back on later picks up where you left off. Your data is not deleted when a tool goes dark.

Yes, and most shops should. Pick the one thing that is costing you money right now and run it for a month before you add anything else.

Nothing in the platform requires a bundle. The tools are built to hand work to each other when you have more than one, but every one of them stands on its own.

Straight answer: billing is simulated at the moment. There is no payment processor connected to this platform yet, so there is nowhere to enter a card and no card is ever charged. Your account page says exactly that.

Early accounts are being set up by hand. If you want more than the free tools, get in touch and we will turn them on and sort out payment directly with you.

When real self-serve checkout goes live, it will be obvious and you will agree to it before anything is charged. Nobody is going to find a surprise line on their statement.

Every new business account gets two free tool activations. Turn on two tools and use them fully, with no payment details entered anywhere.

They are not time-limited demos. They are the real tools with your real data in them.

There is no sales call, no onboarding project, no implementation fee, and no requirement to import anything first. Every tool has a load-an-example button so you can watch it work before you type any of your own information into it.

Everything is built around one business account, and the shared tools like Crew Hub are meant for the whole crew to look at. There is no per-seat charge, ever.

Being honest about the current state: the invite-a-team-member flow is not built yet. Today one login covers the business. If you need separate logins for your people, tell us and we will move it up the list.

It is stored in a Postgres database and it is scoped to your business account. Every read and write is filtered by your account, so another contractor on this platform cannot see your customers, your bids, or your prices. That isolation is enforced on the server on every request, not in the browser where it could be worked around.

We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to advertisers.

Anything a tool produces for you, an estimate, a scope document, a completion report, a bid, has a copy button on it. That output is yours the moment it exists and you can paste it wherever you want.

A one-click export of your whole account is not built yet. If you want everything you have, email us and we will pull it and send it to you. We are not going to hold your records hostage to keep you subscribed.

No. Nothing you enter is sent to an outside AI service. There is no third-party model call anywhere in these tools.

The tools run on real rules and real numbers, which is deliberate. When you build a bid you want the same input to give you the same answer every time, and you want to be able to see where a number came from. A chatbot that improvises is the wrong instrument for that job.

Not yet, and we would rather tell you that here than let you find out after you have paid.

Three tools have a real gap today, and each one says so on its own screen. Missed-Call Capture writes the text-back but does not send it through your carrier. AR & Invoice Nudges composes the reminder but does not email or text it for you. Contractor Ordering prices and saves an order but does not place it with your yard.

There is no accounting integration of any kind. If one of these matters to you, say which one. Real customer demand is what decides what gets built next.

Seven of the ten are complete as described with no gaps: Missed-Call Capture, Instant Estimate, CRM Manager, Internal Bid Tool, Punch List, Crew Hub, and AR & Invoice Nudges. The two send-related limits noted above are the only asterisks on that list.

Voice Memo to Scope Document does everything it says except record audio. You type or dictate with your phone's keyboard microphone and it arrives as text.

Contractor Ordering is real right up to the point of ordering. There is no live yard connection.

Website Manager is the one to be most careful about. The content management is real, but Publish is simulated because no hosting provider has been connected. It will not update your live site today.

Tell us what is missing. This is built by one person at a small company, which means there is no product committee between you and a change getting made.

That is the actual advantage of buying from a small shop instead of a big platform, and it only works if you say something.
