What we collect

Account details you give us: your business name, your name, your email address, and a password.

The work you do in the tools: customers and leads, estimates, bids, scopes of work, punch lists and completion reports, invoices and reminders, material orders, job posts and materials tracking, and website content you enter.

Basic records of which tools your account has switched on and when, which is what the account page shows you.

Card details are the one thing we deliberately never touch. Payment for paid tools happens on Stripe's own checkout and billing pages, so your card number lives with Stripe, not with us. What we keep on our side is the subscription record Stripe reports back: which tools are paid for and whether payment is current.

How your password is stored

As a salted scrypt hash. Your actual password is never stored, never logged, and cannot be read back out by us. If you forget it, it gets reset, not looked up.

How your business is kept separate from everyone else

Every record belongs to your business account, and every read and write is filtered by that account on the server, on every request. Another contractor using this platform cannot see your customers, your prices, your bids, or anything else of yours.

That isolation is enforced in the backend, not hidden in the browser where someone could work around it. It is checked by an automated test suite that runs on every build.

What we never do with it

We do not sell your data. We do not rent it. We do not hand it to advertisers or data brokers.

We do not use your customer list, your prices, or your job records to market to anyone.

Your customers, prices, bids and job records are never sent to an AI service. Right now nothing in these tools makes an outside model call at all: every number and every document is worked out on our own servers, from rules you can read.

Who can see it

Your own account, and Todd Glick Jr where it is genuinely needed to run the platform or to help you with something you have asked for help with.

The hosting and database providers that run the infrastructure hold the data at rest, as any hosted application requires. They do not use it for their own purposes.

Cookies and tracking

One cookie, for your login session. It is a signed token that keeps you logged in.

There are no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, and no cross-site tracking pixels on this site.

Getting your data, or getting rid of it

Anything a tool produces has a copy button, so output is yours the moment it exists.

A one-click full account export is not built yet. Ask and we will pull your data and send it to you.

Ask for your account to be deleted and it is deleted, along with the records attached to it.

How long it is kept

For as long as your account is open, because that is the point of a system of record. Switching a tool off does not delete what you did with it, so you can pick it back up.

Close your account and the data goes with it.

Changes to this page

If this changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and account holders get told. This page describes what the software actually does, so it gets updated when the software does.
