Terms of use
Last updated August 4, 2026
Written in plain English on purpose. If any of it is unclear, ask and you will get a straight answer rather than a longer document.
1. Who you are dealing with
G-Work is operated by Glick Holdings, founded by Todd Glick. When these terms say "we", that is who it means. When they say "you", that means the business that created the account and anyone using it.
2. Your account
You create one account for your business. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your login. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got into it.
You need to give accurate information when you sign up. We are not going to verify your business license, but an account created with false details is one we can close.
3. What you pay
Each tool has a flat monthly price, shown on its page before you turn it on. You pay for the tools you have switched on and nothing else. There is no per-use meter, no per-seat charge, and no setup fee.
New accounts get 2 free tool activations. Those cost nothing and need no payment details.
Being straight about the current state: self-serve billing is not live. There is nowhere on this site to enter a card and no card is charged. Tools beyond your free activations are set up by arrangement. If and when self-serve checkout is turned on, you will be told and you will agree to it before anything is charged to you.
4. Cancelling
There is no term, no minimum period, and no cancellation fee. Switch a tool off from your account page and it stops. You do not have to call anyone or give notice.
Turning a tool off does not delete the work you did with it. Turn it back on later and your records are still there.
5. What the tools are, and are not
These tools produce estimates, bids, scopes of work, punch lists, reminder messages and material orders. All of that is working material for your business. It is not legal advice, not an accounting service, and not a substitute for your own judgement.
Estimate and bid output in particular is based on rates and inputs that you should check against your own costs and site conditions before you put a number in front of a client. The tools label this on screen. Pricing a job is your call and your responsibility.
Some tools have limits we state openly on each tool page and inside the tool itself, including that certain messages are composed for you to send rather than sent automatically, that material orders are not transmitted to a supply yard, and that the website publish step is simulated. Read those before you rely on a tool for something time-sensitive.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to break the law, to send messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you, or to try to reach another business's data. Do not attempt to get around the account isolation, the activation gating, or any other security control.
Do not resell access to your account to other businesses. One account is for one business.
7. Availability
This is a small, actively developed platform. We work to keep it up and working, but we do not promise a specific uptime figure, and we would rather say that than print a number we cannot back.
Features change. Tools get added and improved. If something you depend on is going to change materially, we will tell you.
8. Liability
The platform is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or lost work, arising from your use of the tools or from any error in their output.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you have actually paid us for the tool in question in the twelve months before the issue arose.
9. Ending an account
You can stop using the platform whenever you like. We can close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.
If your account is closed, ask and we will get you a copy of your data.
10. Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top of this page changes and we will let account holders know. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the updated terms.
