Create your business account
You give a business name, your name, an email and a password. That is the whole form. There is no card field, no demo request, and nobody calls you.
The business name becomes your account. Everything created after that, every customer, bid, estimate and order, belongs to that account and is walled off from every other business on the platform.

Switch on the tools you want
You land in the marketplace with every tool listed and priced. Turn on the ones that fit how you run jobs. Your first 2 activations on a new account are free.
A tool you have not switched on is genuinely off. The tool page will not let you in, and that is checked on the server, not just hidden in the browser. Nothing is a locked teaser pretending to be a product.

Use them the same day
There is nothing to install and nothing you have to import first. Every tool has a load-an-example button so you can see real output in one click before you type anything of your own.
Work from your phone on the job or from the office computer. It is the same account either way.

The tools hand work to each other
A missed call you log becomes a lead in your customer list on its own, tagged with where it came from and with your notes attached.
Save a bid against that customer and they move from lead to quoted automatically. Quantities from a takeoff can be imported straight into a bid so you are not retyping forty lines.
This only happens if you have the relevant tools on. Nothing is forced, and one tool on its own still works.

Turn things off when they stop earning
Switch a tool off from your account page. No notice period, no cancellation fee, no phone call to retain you.
Your data stays put. Turn the tool back on later and it is all still there.
What happens to your information
Your records live in a Postgres database. Every read and write is filtered by your account, enforced on the server on every single request. Another contractor using this platform cannot reach your customers, your prices, or your bids.
Passwords are stored as salted scrypt hashes, never in plain text. Sessions are signed tokens, not a shared password sitting in a browser.
Your customers, prices, bids and job records are never sent to an AI service. Right now nothing in these tools makes an outside model call at all.

What billing looks like
Your first two tools are free and need no card; the signup form really is all there is. From your third tool on, turning a tool on sends you to Stripe checkout to enter a card, and that card is charged the tool's flat monthly price. You see the price before you pay, every time.
Everything about the card stays with Stripe: updating it, invoices, canceling. Your account page has a Manage billing button that opens Stripe's billing portal, and turning a tool off stops its charge. Questions? Email teeglickjr21@gmail.com and it gets sorted directly.
