If the tool you need does not exist, we build it

The catalog covers the problems most trade businesses share. Yours probably has one or two that nobody wrote software for, because it is specific to how you run, what you install, or who you sell to.

That is the part we build. A tool made for your business, shaped around your actual process instead of someone else's idea of it, billed monthly like everything else here. The monthly price is set by how complex the tool is, and you get that number before any work starts.

How it works

1. You describe the problem, not the software

You do not need a spec. Tell us the part of the job that wastes time, gets missed, or costs money, and what you do about it today. The shape of the tool comes out of that conversation.

2. We scope it and quote a monthly price

The price depends on how complex the tool is. Something that replaces a spreadsheet costs less than something that talks to your accounting software and your crew's phones. You get the number before anything is built, and it does not move afterward without you agreeing to it.

3. It gets built, and you use it

It runs the same way every tool here runs: in a browser, on the phone in your pocket, on the laptop in the office, on the job site. Nothing to install and no server for you to look after.

4. It keeps working, and it keeps changing

The monthly fee covers running it and looking after it. When the way you work changes, the tool changes with it. You are talking to the person who wrote it, not to a queue.

What it costs

One monthly fee, and the size of it depends on the tool. A single screen that replaces a clipboard sits at the low end. Something that has to talk to your accounting software, text your crew, and hold years of job history sits higher. There is no honest way to put one number on this page before hearing what you need, so we do not pretend otherwise.

This is priced separately from the catalog. The flat $29 to $99 figures on the pricing page cover the ready-made tools, and a custom build is quoted on its own instead of being squeezed into one of those brackets. If you run both, they simply appear as separate monthly lines.

What you will not get is a surprise. The monthly figure is agreed before the build starts, and it does not change unless you ask for something that changes it.

Worth saying plainly

Not every idea should be custom software. Sometimes the honest answer is that a tool already in the catalog gets you ninety percent of the way for a flat $29 to $99 a month, and the last ten percent is not worth paying to build. If that is the case, we will say so.

Start with the catalog if something there is close. Start here if nothing is.

Tell us what you need
